Denver Developer Offers up Surgery Center for Sale

Development Solutions Group LLC, has put two of its metro Denver medical office buildings up for sale, including an outpatient surgery center.

According to the Denver Business Journal, Clear Creek Surgery Center in Wheat Ridge, Colo., is one of the buildings for sale. A single-story, roughly 14,700-square-foot outpatient surgery center, this building was completed in 2005. The building’s listing price is $5.28 million.
