New ASC Opening in N.H. April 20

A new state-of-the-art surgery center is set to open this month in Stratham, N.H. The center's doctors say it could reduce costs and complications for surgical patients in the area.

According to the Portsmouth (N.H.) Herald, doctors are going through a licensing and accreditation process before the Stratham surgical center opens its doors to the public on April 20.

The center was built to 2012 federal standards for surgical centers and hospitals, making it more advanced than anything else in the area. In addition to advanced medical equipment, the center will also have a completely computerized record keeping system, as well as advanced computer systems for anesthesia and other systems.
