Martin, Fletcher Named as One of the Best Companies to Work For in Texas

11/15/2007

DALLAS — Martin, Fletcher, a fast-growing healthcare recruiting firm, was recently named as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas. This third annual program was created by the Texas Association of Business (TAB), the Texas State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management (TSC-SHRM), and Best Companies Group.

This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Texas, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses. Companies from across the state entered the two-part process, which consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace and conducting an employee survey to measure the employee experience of each company.

Martin, Fletcher was also recently recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the Dallas area and a best company to work for in a ranking published by the Dallas Business Journal. The firm has grown from five employees in 1999 to more than 200 now and has experienced significant revenue growth by delivering the right candidates and service levels to its healthcare clients nationwide.

“It is an honor to be recognized as a Best Company in Texas,” said Russel Hicks, president and co-founder of Martin, Fletcher. “This ranking validates the programs we have in place to develop staff, provide career opportunities and establish a recognition culture that makes our company a great place to work.”

Rankings will be published in a special advertorial section in the February 2008 issue of Texas Monthly and the honored companies will be recognized at a gala awards luncheon on January 25th at the Renaissance Austin Hotel.
