New Cirrus Health Surgery Center Opens

LAGUNA WOODS, Calif. -- The new 70-percent physician-owned Laguna Hills Surgery Center, a project of Cirrus Health, opened July 30, 2003 in the Towne Center in Laguna Woods, Calif.
