Kentucky Man Asks for ASC Utility Bills--Attorney General Rules as Public Property

The Kentucky Open Government Blog has recently reported on an attorney generals ruling giving access to city utility bills if no individuals are revealed on the bills.

The decision came into play when a Kentucky man often requested to see the water and sewage bills of Centre College,Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center and Central Kentucky Ambulatory Surgery Center LLC.
