New ASC Opens its Doors in Washington

Construction on the Greenbelt Ambulatory Care Center is already underway and will wrap up in Apil, according to a report in the Washington Business Journal.

"Greenbelt Ambulatory Care Center represents the only Class A office condominium project in Greenbelt catering exclusively to the medical community,” said Ted Swingle, a sales and leasing representative with Manekin, who handles condominium sales in the building.

The reposrt also states, "The three-story, 42,300-square-foot brick and glass building is 82 percent sold to cardiology, ear nose threat, neurology, orthopedics, pain care, podiatry and urology practices."
