Plainfield Surgery Center Open for Business

PLAINFIELD, Ill. — The Plainfield (Ill.) Surgery Center, a joint venture between Edward Hospital in Naperville, Ill., and area physicians, is open to the surrounding communities for outpatient surgery.

The center is a 14,000-square-foot facility with three operating rooms, one endoscopy room for colonoscopies and gastroenterology procedures, and 22 preoperative and recovery rooms.

Surgical specialties offered at the center include gastroenterology, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, otolaryngology, pain management, plastic/cosmetic surgery, urology, and general surgery.
