Under the agreement, MedPay's unique software process will be applied to extend the versatility of ComSynTech's affordable InFORM™ RIS, which includes billing eligibility and claims management functions.
Seth Borg, M.D., chief executive officer of ComSynTech, said the addition of the new eligibility function allows the InFORM™ RIS to deliver a host of pre-billing functions, including eligibility verification, Medicare compliance, electronic claims processing, claims auditing, claims status, remittance posting, secondary billing, contract management, denial management and contract management.
The InFORM™ RIS from ComSynTech is fully functioned and includes clinical diagnostic reporting for report dictation, transcription and review; digital clinical report archiving for archiving all diagnostic reports; seamless record preservation; eligibility verification and processing, billing, breast imaging diagnostic reporting complete with HCFA-compliant statistical analysis and physician performance; practice performance to monitor and track practice productivity; FilmTRAK for monitoring locations of all diagnostic film, images and reports and FaxLOG to assure faxing integrity and cost control.
