KANSAS CITY, Mo. and WATERBURY, Conn. — Mavicor LLC and Amkai LLC are pleased to announce that they have entered into a market services partnership agreement, effective July 27.

Amkai and Mavicor have agreed to represent joint solutions to the marketplace. Amkai provides business management and electronic medical record software solutions to ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), surgical hospitals, and affiliated physician practices, while Mavicor provides a variety of basic technology support service solutions, including backup and restoration services that are critical for the successful operation of any ASC.
Mavicor continues to expand their offerings and partnerships, benefiting over 76 clients in 26 states. Amkai has ASC, surgical hospital and affiliated practice installations nationwide.
