In May, the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) will host “Identifying Leaks in Your Revenue Cycle” workshops in more than 50 locations across the country. This is the second of four quarterly workshops of 2010. The revenue-leaks workshop will teach specific techniques to solve revenue problems in physician practices “while getting every allowable dollar for medical services provided,” according to an AAPC news release.
Registration is $149.95 for members, $189.95 for non-members.
AAPC will host its third workshop of 2010 in August. The topic is “How to Perform a Successful Internal Audit” and will include information on developing the skills necessary to completely and accurately review and validate medical services from a compliance perspective.
