ASCOA Names Robert Beck Vice President

HANOVER, MA—

Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America (ASCOA) is pleased to welcome Robert (Bob) Beck as a vice president of acquisitions and development. In this position, Beck will bring his extensive operational and sales expertise to the healthcare industry, working primarily in surgery center acquisitions and de novo development.

Brent Lambert, MD, a founding principal of ASCOA, oversees the development activities of the company and commented on the addition of Beck to the ASCOA team. “We feel fortunate to be able to bring to ASCOA someone of Bob’s domestic and international experience in mergers and acquisitions,” he said.

“I’m very excited to be joining the ASCOA team and working with this exceptional group of people,” said Beck of this new endeavor. “ASCOA has consistently demonstrated its ability to successfully develop, turnaround and manage ASCs. I look forward to contributing to their continued success.”

Beck will also have responsibility for ongoing physician recruitment at existing ASCOA ASCs including Broward Specialty Surgery Center (Pembroke Pines, FL) and Premier Surgery Center of Sarasota (FL).
